Pricing questions

Straight answers on tiers, collections, and contracts.

Most small practices start with Basic ($500/mo or 1.99%) for core billing. Choose Gold ($1,000/mo or 2.99%) when you want full denial/A/R ownership and deeper reporting. Use Credentialing ($150 per insurance / commercial panel) when you need payer enrollment without a full monthly plan — or alongside Basic/Gold for new providers and locations.

For Basic and Gold, you pay the stated monthly minimum or the stated percentage of collections — whichever amount is higher for that billing period. Exact definitions of collections appear in your agreement. Credentialing is a flat per-payer fee and is not percentage-based.

Each commercial insurance panel (or other payer enrollment scoped in your agreement) is $150. That typically covers application prep, submission, status tracking, and follow-up for that payer for the enrollment episode. Complex multi-state or multi-location enrollments may be scoped as a package — we confirm during the free consult.

Ongoing billing plans focus on claims, posting, and (for Gold) denials/A/R. Full payer network enrollment is priced separately at $150 per insurance panel so you only pay for the payers you need. Existing clients can add credentialing projects at any time.

Typically insurance and contracted payments posted for services we bill — defined precisely in your agreement. We do not play definition games after the fact.

Our standard offer is no setup fees and straightforward commercial terms. Final term and notice period appear in your agreement.

Yes. Many practices start on Basic and move to Gold once denial and A/R ownership become the bottleneck. Credentialing can be added as a one-time or ongoing project whenever panels change.
